Rental Cost $8 per day
Our tables are commercial graded for Indoor/Outdoor use. It is UV-Protected High-Density Polyethylene with top rust-resistant powder-coated steel frame. Each table seats six comfortably
60 inch Round Table
Rental Cost $12 per day
Perfect for Conference, Wedding or any Party. Comfortably sits 6-8 person. You will notice that a round party table will have a smaller footprint than a rectangular table of the same seating capacity.

10x10 Canopy Tent Setup Charge
Rental Cost $20 per day
10' x 10' is easy to set up and take down even with just one person. However we provide setup service for a nominal fee of $20 per tent.

Our Frame Tents are the perfect tent for any event rental needs. Frame Tents are the most versatile of all the rental tent styles. Frame Tents have a unique skeleton like structure and metal legs that support the weight of the tent top allowing it to be set up on almost any surface.
20x30 Canopy Tent
Rental Cost $350 per day
Our frame tents are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate any of your party rental needs. Frame tents are available 20 feet wide to 40 feet wide and have few limitations as to where they can be installed. *Sidings(as shown in picture) can be added for Extra cost.
20x40 Canopy Tent
Rental Cost $425 per day
Just let us know how many guests need to be seated under the tent and the dimensions of your area and we will calculate the right size tent for your needs. Please note that Big Tent Events will not install tents on roof top decks.

Sidewalls are vinyl siding that can be added to just about any tent to create walls and add coverage to a previously exposed, open-air event tent.

Speaker with Mic
Rental Cost $80 per day (Pair bundle for $150 per day)
This speaker is all in one package. It has Wireless Bluetooth 5.0. It can wirelessly connect with additional PA with Stereo-Link. It is a Bi-amplified 650W Sound System. It has edge glow with 10 Light Modes. 1 Microphones is included. Speaker Stand/tripod can be provided for additional $10. Additional Microphone can be provided for $10 per day.
